Orange Beach is a beautiful beach town on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. For a long time, Orange Beach was something of a hidden gem; however, today it is a booming tourist destination and is quickly being recognized as an amazing location for a second home or investment property. Orange Beach is home to the Perdido Pass, which is one of the most popular fishing spots in Coastal Alabama. Perdido Pass opens up into the Gulf of Mexico, but north of the Pass you’ll find a number of rivers, coves, bayous, and bays. With so much water frontage, it’s no wonder this is a popular destination for boaters. This popularity is reflected in the high number of condominiums and subdivisions that provide boat slips and facilities for their residents and visitors. Condos like Caribe and subdivisions like Ono Island are particularly important because they are right by Perdido Pass, which means residents are only minutes from the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Orange Beach sits between Gulf Shores, Alabama to the west and Perdido Key, Florida to the east. That makes this town ideally situated for those who want to enjoy the entire area without having to drive too far in either direction. From Orange Beach, you are only minutes from annual events like the Gulf Shores Hangout Music Festival and the Flora-Bama Mullet Toss.

Pelican Pointe is one of the most popular condos in Orange Beach. It’s not often that there are units for sale and, when they are, they go quickly. This is due to the condos spectacular Gulf-front location, ample amenities, and this development is particularly famous for the huge wrap-around balconies on the corner units that offer both Gulf views and views to the north. Some similar Orange Beach condos include Tidewater, White Caps, and Windward Pointe.
